Job Summary
Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer responsible for in-store merchandising and order fulfillment to support Mondelēz brands. Duties include stocking shelves, maintaining or updating displays, taking in-store photos, ordering products via iPad to ensure in-stock conditions, and ensuring brand representation per Mondelēz guidelines. The role involves traveling to multiple stores within a 25-35 mile radius of Mansfield, PA (with secondary locations in nearby NY towns), collaborating with Sales Representatives to implement negotiated plans, and supporting seasonal promotions. The candidate should have a positive, professional attitude, be self-motivated, able to work independently, and meet physical requirements typical of field merchandising. Compensation includes hourly pay ($19.79-$21.79/hour), mileage reimbursement, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by state of residence
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasional pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs
- Retail/Grocery experience is a plus
