Job Summary
Stock store shelves, maintain and change promotional displays, and capture pictures of assigned store layouts according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps. Order product via iPad Tablet to ensure in-stock conditions and verify that Sales Representatives' negotiated plans with store managers are being followed. Communicate any issues with management and enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches while representing brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy. Work independently in a fast-paced environment, performing physical tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. Schedule includes Sunday through Friday mornings; hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00. Live within 25-35 miles of Bad Axe, MI.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Valid insurance coverage
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to push and pull over 50 lbs
- Ability to work independently
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated
- Schedule availability: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
