Job Summary
Fulfill Mondelēz Nabisco merchandising needs by stocking shelves, maintaining or changing displays, and ensuring top brand visibility for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other products. Conduct in-store visits, capture photos of displays, place orders via iPad to maintain stock, and execute Mondelēz’ merchandising steps. Align with Sales Representatives to follow negotiated plans with store managers, communicate issues to management, and execute seasonal and promotional displays. Follow the daily merchandising schedule to optimize in-store service, drive product presence, and support new product launches. Represent Mondelēz with a positive, professional attitude in stores, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires driving a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed) and physical activity including repetitive lifting and bending. Start early each day, five days per week, with potential weekend shifts; live within 25–35 miles of Norman, OK with secondary location Moore, OK.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- valid driver's license issued by the state of residence
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed)
- physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs
- previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
