Job Summary
Stock store shelves, maintain and change promotional displays for brands like Oreo and Ritz, and capture display pictures at assigned locations. Order product via iPad tablet to ensure in-stock conditions and verify that sales representatives' negotiated plans with store managers are being followed. Communicate any issues with Mondelēz management while representing the company in front of in-store employees. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to optimize product visibility and enhance seasonal sales. Live within 25-35 miles of Virginia, VA and report to a merchandising manager. Schedule availability is Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid REAL ID driver's license (issued by the state in which the person resides), U.S. passport, or federal ID
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Virginia, VA
- Schedule availability required: Monday - Friday

- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
