Job Summary
The Valet position is responsible for greeting guests and providing courteous service, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and maintaining the valet area. Other duties include assisting guests with their belongings, monitoring traffic flow, and communicating effectively with staff. Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate various vehicles. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of relevant experience in a customer service role are required, as well as the ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or related setting.
- Proven experience in handling and parking vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience adhering to strict safety and security protocols.
