Job Summary
In-Home Mobile Veterinarian role with Lap of Love offering hospice and euthanasia care to pets and families. Independent, home-based practice with flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules, ~3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, and a supportive mentorship network. Practice medicine with purpose and balance, delivering compassionate care in clients' homes across Passaic and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, meaningful client interactions, and a culture of kindness, with onboarding and ongoing support to help you shine as part of a growing, veterinarian-founded team.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent
- Current license to practice veterinary medicine in New Jersey
- Ability to provide hospice and euthanasia care to pets and families
- Proven ability to work independently in a mobile/in-home setting
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
Desired Qualifications

- Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in New Jersey
- Strong client communication skills
- Experience with home-based veterinary care preferred
