Job Summary
Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care as a Mobile Veterinarian in Suffolk County, NY for Lap of Love. Deliver compassionate medical care to pets and families in clients’ homes with flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules, prioritizing work-life balance and meaningful patient-family interactions. Operate as an associate veterinarian within a supportive network offering onboarding, mentorship, and 24/7/365 support, while practicing medicine with purpose and independence in a mobile/mobile-practice setting.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Veterinarian in New York (or ability to obtain license)
- Experience in veterinary hospice or euthanasia care preferred
- Strong communication and compassion for families
- Ability to work independently in clients' homes
- Commitment to flexible, patient-centered care
