In-Home, Associate Veterinarian role in East Bay, CA (Sunol area) providing hospice and euthanasia care to pets and families. Mobile practice with emphasis on compassionate, family-centered care, independent fieldwork, and regular mentorship support. Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedule with an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, enabling meaningful interactions with clients. Includes onboarding and access to mentorship and a 24/7/365 support center. Base salaries available for 4-day (~$117,500) and 5-day (~$140,000) schedules, with prorated compensation for 3-day and part-time options. Required Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
