HR Generalist to support leaves and accommodations, administer leaves and accommodations, and collaborate with the Employee Relations Manager to handle HR tasks and maintain a high-quality, employee-focused culture. Role supports Lap of Love’s People and Planning Department, with a remote work setup and travel for the Annual Department Meeting. Primary duties include administering leaves and accommodations, coordinating with HR team, and ensuring smooth operation of the HR function in a veterinary hospice environment that provides in-home end-of-life care for pets.
