In-home mobile veterinarian role providing hospice and euthanasia care for pets in the Baltimore-Annapolis, MD area. Flexible 2–5 day workweeks with about 3–4 un-rushed patient appointments per day. Join a physician-led group with onboarding, mentorship, and a supportive operations team. Independent practice within Lap of Love’s veterinary hospice model, emphasizing compassionate, patient- and family-centered care, flexible scheduling, and professional growth. Base salaries at 4-day ($117,500) or 5-day ($140,000) schedules with additional bonus opportunities; 3-day full-time and part-time options also available with prorated compensation.
