Job Summary
Remote Veterinary Care Coordinator (Call Center Representative) for Lap of Love. Responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality customer service to pet families seeking in-home end-of-life care, guiding emotional conversations, gathering and documenting pet medical information, and scheduling appointments in a work-from-home/remote setting. Must demonstrate dependability, flexibility, ownership, and strong communication while meeting productivity and quality standards and supporting veterinarians. Essential duties include handling a high volume of calls, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing stellar service to clients and team members. Location: Norco, CA, US. Fully remote arrangement.
