Job Summary
Provide hospice and euthanasia veterinary care in patients’ homes as part of Lap of Love’s mobile practice in the Toledo, OH area, with opportunities across surrounding regions. Role emphasizes independent practice with ongoing mentorship, flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules, and a focus on meaningful family-centered care. Expect an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, comprehensive onboarding, and access to mentors and a 24/7/365 Support Center to support professional fulfillment.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) license to practice in Ohio
- Ability to practice as a mobile in-home veterinarian
- Active veterinary license in good standing in Ohio
- Strong communication and compassionate care for patients and families
