Full Time Mobile Veterinarian

As a Veterinary Care Coordinator (Call Center Representative) at Lap of Love, provide compassionate customer service to pet families, guide emotional conversations around end-of-life and quality-of-life care, document the pet’s medical information, and schedule appointments. This position is FULLY REMOTE and performed from a home-based, high-volume environment, with responsibilities to uphold dependability, scheduling adherence, productivity and quality standards, and collaboration with veterinarians to support families through difficult moments. The role emphasizes empathetic communication, accurate data gathering, and timely follow-through to ensure excellent customer service for pet families and veterinary staff.
