Job Summary
Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia veterinary care to pets and families in Chester County, PA and surrounding areas as a mobile Associate Veterinarian. Roles include practicing independently within Lap of Love’s supportive network, delivering compassionate end-of-life care, and maintaining client relationships with a focus on work–life balance. Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules with an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, onboarding and ongoing mentorship, and access to a 24/7/365 support center. Opportunities vary by schedule (4-day base at $107,500 and 5-day base at $130,000, with prorated compensation for 3-day and part-time options). This role emphasizes autonomy, meaningful patient care, and professional fulfillment within a supportive team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Veterinarian licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain licensure)
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
