Job Summary
Conduct immersive, hands-on demonstrations of Smart Wearables and Meta Quest mixed reality technologies to educate customers and convert demos into new users. Build deep product knowledge of wearable features and benefits, then guide clients through Point of Sale transactions to ensure seamless purchases. Maintain daily operational standards by executing opening and closing procedures while keeping interactive displays clean and functional. Consistently meet sales goals and key performance indicators, collaborating with the Retail Manager to develop action plans when targets fall short. Arrive on time with a proactive attitude to support team goals and perform additional duties as needed for store operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in retail
- Familiar with AR/VR technology
- Extremely strong interpersonal communication - written, verbal, and on camera
- Must be results and detail-oriented
- Possess a passion for technology and innovation
- Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
- High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Regularly talk, sit, stand, walk, and bend over, repetitive use of hands/arms, repetitive use of legs and grasp
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
