Job Summary
Deliver premium, white-glove customer journeys through immersive, hands-on demonstrations of Meta Quest mixed reality and Smart Wearable technologies. Articulate product features and benefits to educate customers, guide them through transformative tech experiences, and convert demos into new users. Support seamless purchases by guiding transactions using the Point of Sale system and consistently meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators. Execute daily operational tasks including opening and closing procedures, ensure interactive displays are functioning and clean, and perform additional duties as needed to support store operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in retail
- Familiar with AR/VR technology
- Extremely strong interpersonal communication - written, verbal, and on camera
- Must be results and detail-oriented
- Possess a passion for technology and innovation
- Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
- High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
