Job Summary
Conduct immersive, hands-on demonstrations of Smart Wearables and Meta Quest mixed reality technologies to educate customers and convert demos into new users. Articulate product features, benefits, and real-world impacts while guiding transactions through the Point of Sale system. Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators by partnering with the Retail Manager to build action plans when targets fall short. Execute daily operational tasks including opening and closing procedures, ensuring interactive displays remain functioning, clean, and engaging. Maintain a proactive, can-do attitude to support team goals, collaborate effectively, and perform additional duties as needed to support store operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in retail
- Familiar with AR/VR technology
- Extremely strong interpersonal communication - written, verbal, and on camera
- Must be results and detail-oriented
- Possess a passion for technology and innovation
- Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
- High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Regularly talk, sit, stand, walk, and bend over, repetitive use of hands/arms, repetitive use of legs and grasp
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
