Full Time - Merchandising Service Associate - Plant Service Lead - Day

Execute daily plant service operations by emptying plant racks, merchandising by planogram, and adjusting fixtures using power equipment like lifts and order pickers. Engage customers to locate and load merchandise while ensuring displays remain safe, stocked, and compliant with housekeeping standards. Identify damaged signage or displays, replace stock, cull distressed plants, and perform maintenance tasks such as bulb replacement and trash removal. Document service completion with photographs and communicate project priorities, needs, and safety hazards to the Merchandising Service team and Outside Garden Supervisor. Maintain a secure environment by detecting shoplifting risks and adhering to all safety protocols for equipment and aisles.
