Job Summary
As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you ensure store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and accessible, complete merchandising resets and service-related projects, verify buyback items, update wayfinding and product location signage, and help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and maintaining displays. You may engage with customers when opportunities arise, communicate project priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, and analyze in-store service metrics. Requires basic arithmetic, listening and verbal communication, and ability to use web-based tools; role includes standing/sitting for long periods and lifting up to 75 pounds with team lifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
