Job Summary
As a Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's, you will ensure store signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate and visually appealing, create product displays that are easy for customers to access, and may engage with customers when opportunities arise. You will complete merchandising resets and service-related projects, verify buyback items, update wayfinding and product location signage, ensure price labels are visible, and help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products. Additional duties include repairing or replacing damaged items, communicating project priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, analyzing metrics, and providing feedback on project execution and in-store service. The role may involve tasks such as maintaining displays, supporting store operations, and assisting with various merchandising tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
