Job Summary
As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you will ensure store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and easy for customers to access, create eye-catching product displays, and support merchandising resets per Lowe's specifications. You may engage with customers when opportunities arise, communicate product or warranty information, and assist in locating or handling merchandise. Responsibilities include updating wayfinding and signage, verifying price labels, staging clearance products to drive add-on sales, repairing or replacing damaged items, and coordinating priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. The role involves analyzing in-store metrics and providing feedback on project execution and service quality, with supported weekend shifts and a weekday schedule option. The position emphasizes teamwork, safety in lifting duties (up to 75 pounds with team lifts as needed), and adherence to store standards across merchandising tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods
- Ability to lift 25lbs unassisted (or over 25lbs with accommodation)
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks
- Experience with merchandising tasks (preferred)
- Experience reading planograms (preferred)
- Experience operating power equipment (preferred)
