Full Time - Merchandising Service Associate - Day

As a Merchandising Services Associate, you ensure our store's signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate and easy for customers to locate. You create product displays that are safe, visually appealing, and accessible, perform merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specifications, verify buyback items, update wayfinding and product-location signage, and ensure price labels are visible. You may engage with customers occasionally, answer questions, and communicate product or warranty information. Other duties include staging clearance products to drive add-on sales, repairing or replacing damaged items, and communicating project priorities and timelines to the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. The role emphasizes in-store merchandising tasks, planograms understanding, and collaboration with leadership to improve in-store service and execution.
