Job Summary
Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to specifications, verify buyback items for shipping, and update wayfinding signage and digital maintenance throughout the store. Ensure product pricing is clearly visible, stage clearance products for add-on sales, and repair or replace damaged merchandise and displays. Communicate project priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, analyze metrics for feedback, and assist customers with locating or handling items when opportunities arise. Maintain accurate signage and pricing information to ensure merchandise is easy to locate while keeping displays safe, clean, and visually appealing.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Lowe's sales floor experience
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.)
- Bilingual
