Job Summary
As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you will ensure store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and visually appealing, create product displays, assist in locating or handling merchandise, verify buyback items, update wayfinding and signage, and help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products. You will complete merchandising resets per Lowe's specifications, communicate project priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, and analyze metrics to provide feedback on project execution and in-store service. The role involves mostly non-customer-facing tasks with some customer interactions when opportunities arise, and requires basic arithmetic, reading/writing, and the ability to sit/stand for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs (and more via team lifts up to 75 lbs as needed).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
