Job Summary
Conduct merchandising resets and service projects per specifications, verifying buyback items for shipping. Update wayfinding signage and digital maintenance, confirm pricing visibility, and stage clearance products to drive add-on sales. Repair damaged merchandise and displays while listening to customers for product or warranty questions. Communicate project priorities and metrics to the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. Maintain accurate signage and product location information throughout the store.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Lowe's sales floor experience
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.)
- Bilingual
