Job Summary
Maintain accurate signage, pricing, and displays; update wayfinding, assist customers when opportunities arise, and complete merchandising resets per Lowe's specifications. Verify buyback items, ensure pricing labels are visible, stage clearance products, and collaborate with Merchandising Services Team to communicate project priorities. Utilize planograms and basic math to Support in-store merchandising efforts, with emphasis on visual displays, product accessibility, and timely updates to signage and location information. This role requires physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs, and involves occasional customer interactions and follow-through on assigned tasks to enhance the shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
