Full Time - Merchandising Service Associate - Day

As a Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's, you will ensure signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and easy for customers to locate, create eye-catching product displays, and support merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications. You may engage with customers to answer questions and convey product or warranty information, assist in locating or handling merchandise, verify buyback items, update wayfinding and pricing labels, and help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and maintaining displays. The role involves communicating project priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, analyzing in-store metrics, and performing duties as assigned. Minimum qualifications include basic reading, writing, arithmetic, listening and verbal communication, the ability to use web-based tools, and the physical capability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs (with heavier lifts managed by team as needed). Preferred qualifications include Lowe's sales floor experience, experience with planograms and display setup/tear-down, and knowledge of basic tools and power equipment.
