Job Summary
As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you will ensure store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and compelling, create eye-catching product displays, and support merchandising resets per Lowe's specifications. You may engage with customers to answer questions and provide product or warranty information. The role emphasizes merchandising, inventory accuracy, pricing visibility, wayfinding updates, and collaboration with Merchandising Services Team and managers to communicate priorities and schedules; flexibility to work a set weekday schedule; and participation in beneficial programs like tuition assistance and track-to-the-trades. Responsibilities include updating product location signage and digital maintenance of information, linking displays to in-demand products, and contributing to in-store service improvements through data-driven feedback and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks (preferred)
- Experience reading planograms (preferred)
- Experience operating power equipment (preferred)
