Job Summary
As a Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's, you ensure store signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate and easy for customers to locate. You create product displays that are safe, visually appealing, and accessible, spend time on non-customer-facing merchandising tasks, and may engage customers when opportunities arise. You will complete merchandising resets and service-related projects, verify buyback items, update wayfinding and signage (including digital maintenance), ensure price labels are visible, and help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products. You will communicate project priorities and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders, and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods
- Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted (or more with accommodation)
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks
- Ability to travel occasionally for meetings or training (as needed)
- Ability to work in environments with varying conditions
