Job Summary

Conduct merchandising resets and service projects per specifications, verifying buyback items for shipping and updating wayfinding signage and digital records. Ensure product pricing is visible, stage clearance products to drive add-on sales, and repair damaged merchandise or displays. Listen to customers to answer questions, communicate product information, and assist in locating or handling items. Coordinate project priorities and schedules with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, analyzing metrics to provide feedback on execution. Maintain accurate signage and displays to ensure merchandise is easy to locate while minimizing customer interaction where possible.

Required Qualifications

  • Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
  • Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
  • Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
  • Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
  • Live Nursery MST Associates may be required to work weekend shifts
  • This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel occasionally to meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores
  • You may be working in both inside and outside weather conditions
  • Exposure to varying climates, including extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions, is possible
  • You may be exposed to constant or intermittent noises in addition to moving or shaking objects and equipment
  • Associates must follow guidelines, limiting single lifts to 75 pounds
  • Team lifts are used minimally starting at 75 pounds or when needed
  • Powered equipment should be used as required, with proper training or assistance from a trained coworker

Desired Qualifications

  • Lowe's sales floor experience
  • Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
  • Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
  • Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.)
