Job Summary
Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's responsible for ensuring store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and visually appealing. Responsibilities include completing merchandising resets, verifying buyback items, updating wayfinding and product location signage, ensuring price labels are visible, staging clearance products to drive add-on sales, repairing or replacing damaged signage or displays, and communicating project priorities to Merchandising Services Team and management. Requires basic arithmetic, strong communication, ability to use web-based tools, endurance for long periods of standing/sitting, and occasional heavy lifting up to 75 pounds with team lifts as needed. Weekend shifts may be required; role supports a weekday schedule with potential travel to nearby stores for training or support.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
