Job Summary
Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's responsible for maintaining accurate store signage, pricing, and product displays to enhance shopper experience. Duties include completing merchandising resets per Lowe's specifications, updating wayfinding and signage, verifying pricing, staging clearance items to drive add-on sales, and communicating project priorities with the Merchandising Services Team. Roles involve mostly non-customer-facing tasks with potential customer interaction when opportunities arise, and require the ability to lift up to 25lbs (75 lbs with team lifts) and to stand/sit for extended periods. Emphasis on teamwork, following planograms, using basic arithmetic for pricing and inventories, and maintaining safe, organized displays; travel is not required regularly, and the position supports a weekday schedule with possible weekend shifts. Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment (preferred)
- Experience with product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setup/teardown of displays (preferred)
