Full Time - Merchandising Service Associate - Day

As a Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's, you ensure store signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate and accessible. You create product displays that are safe, visually appealing, and easy for customers to access, with most tasks centered on merchandising resets, updating wayfinding and product location signage, and maintaining digital signage information. You may engage with customers to answer questions and provide product or warranty information. Key duties include verifying buyback items, prepping items for shipping, driving add-on sales by staging clearance products, repairing or replacing damaged signage or displays, and communicating project priorities and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. You will analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders, and you may perform other duties as assigned. Weekend shifts may be required for Live Nursery MST Associates. Travel is not a regular requirement, but some locations may involve occasional travel to meetings or training. Knowledge of planograms, pricing, signage updates, and ability to operate basic power tools can be advantageous.
