Job Summary
As a Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's, you ensure store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and visually appealing, create effective product displays, and assist customers when opportunities arise. You will complete merchandising resets and service-related projects, verify buyback items, update wayfinding and product location signage, and ensure price labels are visible. You’ll help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and maintaining proper display placement, repair or replace damaged signage or displays, communicate priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, and analyze in-store metrics to improve project execution and service. This role involves standing and walking for long periods, lifting up to 25–75 pounds as required, and using power equipment or tools as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.)
- Lowe's sales floor experience
- Bilingual, military, and veteran talent encouraged to apply
- Travel not required regularly; may travel occasionally to meetings or training
