Job Summary
Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to specifications, verifying buyback items for shipping and updating wayfinding signage and digital maintenance. Create safe, clean, and visually appealing product displays while ensuring pricing information is clearly visible and replacing missing labels. Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and sorting merchandise appropriately throughout the store. Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays, and communicate project priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. Analyze metrics to provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders. Perform basic arithmetic and utilize web-based computer programs while sitting or standing for long periods. Lift up to 75 pounds using proper methods or powered equipment as required.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Lowe's sales floor experience
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.)
- Bilingual
