Job Summary
Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to specifications, verifying buyback items for shipping and updating wayfinding signage and digital maintenance. Create safe, clean displays that showcase in-demand products while ensuring pricing information is accurate and clearly visible. Assist customers by answering questions, communicating product details, and locating or handling merchandise as needed. Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays, and stage clearance products to drive add-on sales. Communicate project priorities and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, analyzing metrics to provide feedback on project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Lowe's sales floor experience
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.)
- Bilingual
