Job Summary
Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to specifications, verifying buyback items for shipping and updating wayfinding signage and digital maintenance. Ensure product pricing is visible, stage clearance products for add-on sales, and repair or replace damaged merchandise and displays. Listen to customers, answer product questions, and assist in locating or handling items while communicating project priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. Analyze metrics to provide feedback on project execution and in-store service. This role requires reading and writing skills, basic arithmetic, and the ability to sit and stand for long periods. Minimum lift is 25 lbs, with team lifts used for heavier items.

Desired Qualifications
- Lowe's sales floor experience
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.)
- Bilingual
