Job Summary
Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to specifications, verifying buyback items are prepped for shipping. Update wayfinding signage and digital product locations, ensure pricing labels are visible, and stage clearance products to drive add-on sales. Repair or replace damaged merchandise and displays, then communicate project priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. Analyze metrics to provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store and corporate leaders. Perform basic arithmetic, utilize web-based programs, and sit or stand for long periods while lifting up to 75 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Lowe's sales floor experience
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.)
- Bilingual
- Military
- Veteran
