Job Summary
Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to specifications, verifying buyback items for shipping and updating wayfinding signage and digital records. Create safe, clean, and visually appealing product displays while ensuring pricing information is accurate and clearly visible. Repair or replace damaged merchandise and signage, and assist customers by answering questions, communicating product details, and locating items. Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and sorting inventory properly. Communicate project priorities and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, then analyze metrics to provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Lowe's sales floor experience
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.)
- Bilingual
