Full Time - Merchandising Service Associate - Day

Job Summary
Conduct merchandising resets and service projects per specifications, verifying buyback items for shipping and updating wayfinding signage and digital records. Ensure product pricing is accurate and visible, while staging clearance products to drive add-on sales. Repair or replace damaged merchandise, signage, and displays, and communicate project priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. Analyze metrics to provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store and corporate leaders. Engage with customers to answer questions, communicate product or warranty information, and assist in locating or handling merchandise. This role requires reading planograms, operating power equipment, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Lowe's sales floor experience
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.)
- Bilingual
