Job Summary
Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise processing onto the sales floor while ensuring receiving and merchandising standards are met. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized store and role model exceptional service. Train and mentor Associates on established principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Organize back stock rotation, ensure proper tagging and coding, and maintain organizational cleanliness and recovery standards. Communicate priorities with management, address shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety and labor compliance. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to train others
