Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor per established procedures. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting shrink reduction goals and safety awareness. Participate in store recovery as needed and may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas. Maintain organizational cleanliness standards and provide feedback to supervisors. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs. Starting salary is $14.00 to $18.30 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
