Job Summary
Oversee receiving and merchandising activities and mentor associates to ensure accurate tagging, back stock management, and orderly replenishment. Drive customer experience through effective communication, adherence to merchandising standards, and collaboration with management to execute store plans. Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to maintain efficient flow of goods to the sales floor, monitor team productivity, train others, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and loss-prevention practices. Champion a culture of honesty and integrity while supporting associate development and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- ability to lift heavy objects
