Full Time Merchandise Coordinator TJ Maxx Robinson

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Ensure associates complete tasks according to the store plan, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Engage with all customers to maintain an excellent experience, keep the store clean and organized, and rotate back stock for easy replenishment. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, ensure proper tagging and coding, and maintain compliance with labor laws and safety protocols. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Requires one year of retail and six months of leadership experience.
