Full Time Merchandise Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries to prioritize processing merchandise onto the sales floor. Train and mentor Associates on established merchandising and processing principles, ensuring proper tagging, hanging, and coding of all goods. Monitor team productivity, coach as necessary, and rotate back stock for easy replenishment while maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards. Communicate priorities with management and Associates, address shrink reduction goals, and ensure compliance with labor laws and safety protocols. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends with a starting pay of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.
