Job Summary
Orchestrates truck deliveries and prioritizes merchandise processing onto the sales floor while executing receiving and merchandising standards. Ensures Associates complete tasks according to the store plan by monitoring productivity, coaching as necessary, and rotating back stock for easy replenishment. Maintains a clean, organized backroom area and upholds merchandising philosophy, signage, and organizational cleanliness standards. Engages with all customers to maintain an excellent experience, trains and mentors staff on processing principles, and ensures compliance with labor laws, safety protocols, and recycling programs. Works a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to train others
