Full Time Merchandise Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries to prioritize processing merchandise onto the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized store and ensure associates process efficiently. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Organize back stock for easy replenishment, rotate inventory, and maintain organizational cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom. Ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs while supporting shrink reduction goals. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with a starting pay of $17.90 to $18.40 per hour.
