Full Time Merchandise Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck delivery and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized store and ensure Associates complete tasks according to the store plan. Train and mentor staff on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary to support shrink reduction goals. Rotate back stock for easy replenishment, ensure proper tagging and coding, and maintain compliance with safety and recycling programs. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends with a starting pay of $14.75 to $15.25 per hour.
