Job Summary
Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process merchandise efficiently. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized store and model exceptional service. Orchestrate truck deliveries, prioritize sales floor processing, and train staff on merchandising principles. Ensure items are properly tagged, hung, and coded; monitor team productivity; and rotate back stock for easy replenishment. Maintain organizational cleanliness, signage standards, and compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs. Communicate priorities with management, address shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to train others
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
