Job Summary
Full-time Merchandise Coordinator responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates process merchandise efficiently, delivering excellent customer service, training and mentoring Associates, managing back stock, tagging/hanging/lining up merchandise, coordinating truck deliveries, ensuring compliance with labor and safety policies, and contributing to shrink reduction goals in the Bonita Springs store for TJX’s HomeGoods store network.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- able to train others
- team player and effective communicator
